After an initital site survey and maintaining comprehensive contact throughout a project from start to finish we can then install your required physical access control equipment to your individual specification. On receiving an official purchase order for any of our equipment, including security gates, vehicle barriers, (including Heda and DAAB equipment), turnstiles, bollards or road blockers, we can then schedule an installation date to attend and complete the works at your commercial premises.
Total Support Services project manage the entire job until the installation is complete.
When the installation is complete to customer satisfaction, we then offer a full after sales service ensuring you have both a regular maintenance if required and a rapid response call-out facility.
Unique to Total Support Services we are happy to offer a 2 year extended warranty on all of our gates.
